The Company is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email addresses or user error.

Proof of delivery may include:

8. Refund Policy – Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and electronic delivery of digital products, all sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, we reserve the right to:

• Recover associated fees and administrative costs

10. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, templates, designs, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of She Scales Digital Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

• Resell products unless explicitly authorised
• Redistribute materials
• Share login access
• Reproduce content for commercial resale
• Claim ownership of proprietary systems

Unauthorised use may result in termination of access and legal action.

11. Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific income, revenue, or business results.

Your success depends on your own implementation, effort, market conditions, and external factors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Business interruption
• Consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
